Objectives
- Supervise Team of Sales Executives
- Ensure productivity and achievement of daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Deliver assigned objectives/tasks
Responsibilities:
- Achieve own and sales reps Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly targets.
- Monitor individual performance regularly and strive for delivering productivity per resource.
- Manage POSM and ensure distribution by the team members in the assigned area.
- Daily/Monthly performance reports.
- Participate in planning sessions as and when required
- Monitor competition activities and provide quick market feedback.
- Build sales team in close coordination with HR.
- Ensure timely deployments through liaising with accounts and technical teams.
Requirements:
- Preferably Bachelor’s degree.
- From broadband internet/FTTH background.
- Minimum 03 years of work experience with at least 01 year of supervisory/team management role in consumer sales of internet services.
- Hardworking, punctual, and honest. Well dressed and groomed.
- Determined to deliver the assigned targets.
- Own cell phone and bike. Company will provide phone SIM for official purposes.
- Preference will be given to the candidates with GPON/FTTH experience
- Age not more than 35 years.
